The Ministry of Manpower has initiated an eight week professional training program known as 'On the Job Training' to expose the students of Colleges of Technology, to a real working environment just prior to their exit from their institutions with Diploma/ Higher Diploma/Baccalaureate. The training is imparted in private companies, public sector organizations and government establishments in Oman.
