Computer Services Section (CSS) operates Staff Help Desk which is managed by well trained technicians. Staff Help Desk provides first hand support regarding technical matters and solutions for computer hardware and software systems. It also gives assistance in installing wireless security password and explains the rules and regulations on the utilization of the wireless network. The task of the technicians is to help the staff and users explore the information technology system.

Also, CSS provides HELPDESK SYSTEM which is an online form used to submit requests to ETC. Staff simply needs to fill-up the form and their request will be logged into the system's database. The Helpdesk Coordinator will assign tehcnician for the request submitted.
