2. ETC Renders Technical Support for the ITA Seminar

In support for the Information Technology Authority thru the Higher College of Technology, the Educational Technology Center provided the Technical Support neccessary to bring successful training programs, such as the "National ICT Incubation Programme - Brainstorming Workshop on Entrepreneurship for Student", which was held on January 15, 2011.
As part of its newest service, thru the ETC Media Team, ETC provided the design and printing of program banners, as well as the video coverage of the entire training program. In addition, the registration of the participants was also catered by the ETC.
Mr. Peter Harman, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of UK Business Incubation Ltd. (UKBI) facilitated the program, which was attended by fifteen (15) students from other colleges, including three students from HCT, namely:
1. Sumayya Hilal Mohsin Al Habsi, Engineering Department;
2. Ulaziz Saud Sultan Al-Rashdi, IT Department;
3. Azza Mohammed Salim Al Badi, Business Studies Department.
The workshop was inaugurated by HCT Dean Dr. Ahmed Al Ghassani and was participated by other members from ITA.
