The Higher College of Technology - Photography Department, in collaboration with Sultan Qaboos University, successfully held a Photography Exhibit at the British Council on June 12, 2010. Dr. Ahmed Mohsin Al-Ghassani, HCT Dean, did the traditional Ribbon Cutting to formally open the event.
