Dear Students,

If you have missed the final exam due to health issues, please fill out the below form and upload a proof of medical certificate with a ministry seal. The evidence is very much required for scheduling the Makeup exam. The examination committee will conduct the makeup exam for the eligible students at the beginning of the new semester in September 2022. A detailed timetable of the makeup exam will be sent later.

Note: The last date for applying for the makeup exam is 7th July 2022.
