General Aims of OJT

The Ministry of Manpower has initiated an eight week professional training program known as ‘On the Job Training’ to expose the students of Colleges of Technology, to a real working environment just prior to their exit from their institutions with Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Baccalaureate. The training is imparted in private companies, public sector organizations and government establishments in Oman.
