Need for staff activities and classifications of staff and the activities

Referring to one of the World Bank’s Report in which it is stated that “a high quality and well motivated teaching staff and a supportive professional culture are essential in building excellence", it can be understood that “structured staff activities” are very essential in any academic department aiming at good teaching and learning process.
