This is the place where the transfer process happens between the board and circuit lay-out. Melting all copper which are not needed to the circuit design.

A cutter plate used for cutting the board according to the desired dimension specified on the layout design. When the board cut, it will go to the next process placing it inside the Ultraviolet exposure box along with a printed circuit layout on the acetate at the bottom of it. The UV exposure box transfers the print layout circuit from the acetate to the surface of the board. Then the board will go to the last process by putting it to the first chemical (photo resist) to remove the green mark and making the pcb circuit appear on the board. Finally the board removes and placing it into second chemical which is Ferric Chloride solution to melt the copper. When all copper melted you can now take the PCB board away from the PCB machine.
