Welcome to the Educational Services Section (ESS) of HCT.

It is a pleasure and honor to welcome you to the Educational Services Section (ESS), which is as a part of the Educational Technology Center. This section strives towards giving educational support in teaching and learning processes, using the latest state-of-the-art technologies. It also aims at providing a dynamic and flexible atmosphere of learning and teaching across the college. Our goal is to provide quality educational support to every student and teacher of the college.
