On the 5th March 2014, Business Society of Ibri College of Technology organized an intercollegiate quiz competition. Five teams participated from Shinas College of Technology (SCT), Nizwa College of Technology (NCT), Ibri College of Technology (ICT) and the Higher College of Technology HCT. Each Team consists of 4 members. There were 3 stages in the quiz. Each stage consists of 5-7 various rounds related to company Logos and Slogans; business terms and its acronyms; stock market terms and general issues about the Oman economy. Elimination was done in each stage. On the second stage, there were 4 teams which participated. After the various rounds of eliminations; Our HCT teams and Ibri College of Technology entered the final stage; that was highlighted during the third stage. This was really a tough competition between HCT and ICT teams. At the end of 3rd stage both teams were on a deadlock. Finally, the HCT team won the 1st prize and consequently, Ibri College of Technology won the 2nd prize.
