The Department of Information Technology - Networking Area held the IT- Networking Quiz Bee on 6 February 2014 @N240. Seven (7) Bachelor students specializing in Networking actively participate in this elimination quiz competition. They randomly answer 25 questions from 6 categories which cover general information about IT Networking.

The event was organized by HCT-Networking Program Coordinator’s (Mr. Russell L. Diona) and the CISCO Lead Contact (Mr. Leopoldo M. Maglalang Jr.) with the full-support of all Networking lecturers. The participants were given a Certificate of Participation which was awarded by Mr. Talib Hamed Al-Mahrouqi, in lieu of the IT Dept’s HoD, Dr. Fatima Sulaiman Al-Abri.

The following BTech-Networking students qualify as the College’s representatives to the national level competition: Manal Hussain Al-Balushi, Molook Mohammed Al-Butrani, Maiya Humood Al-Saadi and Suad Talib Al-Riyami. They will be participating in the TechQuiz’2014 (National Level) organized and sponsored by Ibri College of Applied Sciences on 26 February 2014.
