Staff Orientation and Induction Program

There are two stages of staff induction program that takes place in ETC.  The first stage would be the Staff Orientation Program and the second stage is the Staff Induction/Cross-Training Program. 

Once the new staff has joined the ETC, he/she must participate in the 1-week General Orientation Program, consists of the following activities:

In the second stage, the newly joined staff will be inducted by the respective section, from the 2nd week up to the last day of the probationary period. The following activities shall take place during the final stage of the Induction period:
