Mr. Mike Medina is trained as a climate reality leader for the Climate Reality Project in Toronto, Canada in July 2015.  He acted as a trainer/mentor in the reality leadership training corps conducted by the former US Vice President Al Gore in the Philippines in March 2015.  Mr. Medina was the HSE Coordinator for Applied Sciences Department until 2015 and is connected with the Environmental Sciences section. The presenter talked about the problem of  climate change, and how it will directly and indirectly affect the day-to-day operations of the Department/College in the context of HSE (health, safety and environment). He presented to the audience with various images and videos to educate and bring awareness to the staff of HCT regarding the issue of climate change.
